Watch; 5/5 Watch is perfect, absolutely exactly what I wanted and paid for. Band; 0/5 Paid only for a watch with no band as I have a selection and didn’t see the need to create yet more waste on this planet of ours. Received a white watch band that I didn’t want. Delivery; 4/5 Paid for express service. Did not receive the watch in the timeframe paid for.

My watch was delivered on time and is working fine. However just two things went amiss. Firstly the band is black and I ordered white. Also the band is the wrong size for the Watch and sticks out either side of the watch. Secondly, the charger did not work and I had to buy a charger from Officeworks for $45. Regards, Mike L

Item arrived very fast, good quality, no damage. It would be helpful to advertise the length of the strap at its shortest & longest adjustment as I didn’t realise the tightest option would be still slightly too big on my wrist. There are sometimes issues with getting it to start charging, ie it takes a couple minutes/a couple redos for it to register that it’s charging. A few small issues with setting it up & connecting to my phone, as it didn’t come with any instructions, guidelines, troubleshooting tips etc. It was also advertised with the straps being dark blue to match the sides of the watch, but they are actually black. The watch does function very well and I’ve had no problems in that area at all since I received it.

Generally good, terrible battery life

The series 4 that I had used for five years suddenly stopped turning on, and after considering new and used models, I thought that a used model would be fine for my current usage situation. However, I thought I might be concerned about battery degradation if it was a used Series 4, so I decided on a Series 6. It was a C grade, but only one spot scratch on the side of the crown that I thought was this? I have only one spot scratch on the side of the crown and it doesn't bother me at all. I don't know how to compare it, but it's as good as flawless compared to the 4 I've used up. The battery status is 85%, and I'm happy with that too. I put it on the charger every day anyway. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
