5/5I received it earlier than expected which was really good. Colour is beautiful too. The condition of it is really good as well. Barely any scratches that I could see even up close. Only very minor problem with the calendar because there were events on some days that were all in Japanese but I managed to delete them and now it is only my calendar events that's on there. So far the phone has been functioning the way it should be and I am one happy customer. Thank you Back Market!

5/5I am happy with my purchase after two weeks of use, it is a beautiful product with hardly any scratches even though it is a C grade and the battery life is fine and pleasant to use.

The Samsung Galaxy A55 (released March 2024) is a practical midrange Android smartphone that continues Samsung’s tradition of no-nonsense durability, a crisp AMOLED display, and steady performance. While it’s not positioned as a flagship device, the Galaxy A55 remains relevant in 2025 for users seeking reliable features and solid build quality in a phone that’s only one generation old.
Key features:- Release Date: March 2024
- Display: 6.6-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED, 120Hz refresh rate
- Processor: Samsung Exynos 1480
- Camera: Triple rear setup: 50MP main, 12MP ultra-wide, 5MP macro
- Front Camera: 32MP selfie shooter
- Operating System: Ships with Android 14 (One UI 6.1)
- Build & Protection: Aluminum frame, Gorilla Glass Victus+ front and back
- Connectivity: 5G compatibility, Wi-Fi 6 support, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC
The Galaxy A55 is for anyone who values day-to-day reliability, a vibrant display, and dust- and water-resistance (finally, in the A-series!). It’s a sweet spot for students, multitaskers, and the “just need a dependable device” crowd. Compared to the S-series, the A55 skips some flashier features but covers the basics with more style—and an actual headphone jack.
Pros & Cons:| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Large, vibrant AMOLED screen for smooth browsing and streaming. | Processor lags behind premium models for gaming or intensive editing. |
| IP67 water and dust resistance finally arrives in the A-series. | No wireless charging support. |
| Sturdy aluminum and Gorilla Glass build adds confidence and protection. | Not designed for high-end gaming or heavy multitasking. |
| Versatile camera system for everyday photography. | No telephoto lens for advanced zooming. |
