I have been using it every day since it arrived and it works fine. When I checked the battery status with dedicated software, it was 88%, which is not a bad figure according to the standard value. As for the external appearance, there were no scratches on the LCD and there were only a few scuffs on the back side that you could see if you looked closely enough. Overall, I was satisfied with the result and I will buy from this site next time if I have the chance.
