I purchased a refurbished ipad 9.7. The GPS did not work which is required to run the navigation app I purchased said ipad for. The battery drained out like minutes in an hour glass. I spent countless hours trying to contact back market to discuss matter with no success. DO NOT BUY from this company!

I needed an iPad for my daughter's higher education, so I purchased an iPad from Backmarket. I was worried until I received it because it was a 5th generation 2017 model with a B grade and a bit old, but I was happy to get it in near-new condition with no battery problems or malfunctions as described in the reviews. The charger seems not to have been a standard item, though it is a place that I do not particularly care about. The shop that handles it is called KIRIN MOBILE, which is not a name I am familiar with, but there was nothing that bothered me about the product in particular, so I felt there were no problems. I would rate it highly because I was able to buy it at a low price and the product arrived better than the reviews.

I bought a C grade for my child to use. There were a few scratches on the back, but I put a cover on it, so it's perfectly fine. The screen is shiny and I checked the charging and there were no problems. I just talked with my family about wanting one for each of us for this price and degree. I will use it again at that time!
