The whole purchase process was smooth. Seller dispatched quickly. Arrived well packaged. Fast postage. The Ultra was in the advertised condition and operates like new. Happy me! Lol Although listed as 'No band' just the primary watch unit, so could have been packaged in a tiny square box or even a small bubble pouch, I was very happy to discover it was a larger rectangular box that also contained a bonus generic MagSafe iWatch charger and also a basic black silicon type band. Yeah, very happy me!

The watch condition was absolutely mint, Delivery was incredible quick and one day sooner than expected. Packaging was second to none, strong but eco friendly. No problems at all in fact the opposite. 100% satisfaction.

I ordered my Ultra thinking it could be hit and miss with a refirb item, but this watch is in new condition! Also said no band but arrived with a new black rubber band which was a bonus, I will definately use Backmarket again!

I ordered it later and they said it would take five days to deliver but it arrived in two - in time for Xmas. I ordered ‘good’ but the battery is 100% and it is indistinguishable from brand new. Oh, and they advertised “no band” but they included a band. Five bright stars.

Delivery was super fast and the watch came looking in mint condition. While the description said no strap. There was in fact a silicone sports band included, a very pleasant surprise. First time buying from backmarket and I’m very impressed. Will be back.

Apple Watch Ultra was in perfect condition. Came with a band even though purchased without one. Prompt delivery. Very happy.
