Its been like a month and a half or more I have been using this as my main device as a uni student and so far its been unexpectedly great for 6 year old machine. I mainly bought the Intel i7 one so that I could use bootcamp and play games on it on my share time, I didn't thought its gonna be that good but its unexpectedly been great so far, some older games like 2010 or later (bioshock remaster) I could play it in 1600p native and smooth (60fps) while the latest ones like farcry5 could play on 1200p 40fps. Nonetheless I use macOS for uni stuff and windows for at home gaming (it needs to be plugged in otherwise on battery performs not good and drains in an hour and a half). Touch Bar all right, as a gimmick "cool" other then that no use, some of the functions are good on Touch Bar like spell correct and running or making new tabs on safari but other then that no use at all. Intel i7 2.3ghz heats up really fast but I don't mind, just don't try to hold it from the bottom by one hand :)

Bought it for my 73 year old wife , who is not too tech minded. She has mastered an iPhone and can navigate around it, and has made the transition to the iPad without too much difficulty. She loves the bigger screen and being able to stream various apps to watch sport and movies. The iPad was fantastic value, is quick to charge and holds charge for ages.

I received my order within two days which was awesome but when I received my iPad it was not set to factory settings so I was confused at first as to why I couldn’t transfer my data from my old iPad. The actual device works great and I’m really happy with it, apart from that one hiccup.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserves it. Upgraded from a 2013 MacBook Pro and… wow. This 16-inch M1 Pro feels like I went from a loyal old tractor to a silent luxury spaceship. Everything is instant — apps open immediately, multitasking is effortless, and it stays cool and quiet even when I’m doing heavier stuff. Condition was excellent (honestly looks and feels near-new), and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The screen is gorgeous, the keyboard feels great, and the performance jump from 2013 is genuinely night and day. If you’re on an older Mac and wondering if the upgrade is worth it: yes. This thing is a beast, and I’m annoyed I didn’t do it sooner.

I paid for express post and the phone arrived exactly on time! The phone was classified as of excellent quality but it looked brand new! After transferring my data over from my old phone (check out videos on YouTube with regards how to do this with your own phone, beforehand), it did several downloads and reboots, updating it's own software. It did this many times but do persevere with this. It will complete it eventually. The phone functions perfectly and I have no issues with it whatsoever! Overall, it was an awesome experience! I had initial concerns about buying a refurbished phone but never again! After this, I will never buy a brand new phone again! Thank you Back Market for a great phone and excellent customer service! There is absolutely no difference between this iPad and a brand new one. I am very happy with my purchase, including transparency of information provided. Setting it up was easy. Most of it was achieved by simply having my iPhone close by and it automatically transferred. Further information I needed to set up how I wanted was easy to access on line. I felt secure buying it and still do. I don’t expect to encounter any problems. I will buy from Backmarket again and recommend to my friends and family.

This is the third supposedly refurbished MacBook Pro 2019 that has been sent to me in the last 6 months here in Australia and all have had an issue which has forced me to return for either repairs or refund. Not sure they are actually refurbishing these computers or just passing them along. This is so opposite to what I've experienced from Back Market in the US. Very disappointed to date for having spent so much time and money trying to get a working computer. First one had a faulty keyboard, second one had a malfunctioning bass speaker and third one overheats when shut down and connected to a charger. In process now of returning for repair or refund this latest one. So sorry to have to give a less than satisfactory review.
