    I would say it should have been listed as fair to good rather than excellent. It has quite a few scratches and the charger is slightly broken, although working ok. The connection between the charging cable and the computer is a bit wobbly too. The computer though is working fine so far, and at the end of the day that is what matters most. I must confess the price was pretty reasonable, so I am happy to keep it as is, and also I'm off to the UK with it soon, so I have little time to send it back. I do think though that your suppliers are sometimes a bit slapdash, and this needs checking out.

    The earphones came with a charging cable, different sized ear inserts and a small round bag to store them in. Which is great! They do work, I already had the bose app so at least I knew how to do it. But the one speaker cracks at medium to high volume.
