    Took a little over a week to arrive rather than the 2-3 business days it would be delivered ‘by’ stated on the product page which is absolutely ridiculous in 2026. While the physical condition was excellent as ordered, otherwise the entire experience has been awful. I supposedly bought an eSIM enabled model but it took me several hours of troubleshooting to figure out that I had no service because it’s a physical SIM only model so my existing eSIM did not transfer over – apparently this is because it’s a Singapore model not an Australian one. As such, I had to go out of my way the next day to find and buy a SIM card instore then wait for it to activate. Not long after finally getting that issue resolved almost 24 hours later, I then discovered the front camera is blurry during a FaceTime call. I had thought it was odd during the initial FaceID setup that my image was blurry but assumed it was just a quirk of the setup process. I’ve now spent yet more long hours trying to troubleshoot this second shortcoming only to end up being forced to accept it’s a hardware defect and I will have to return the phone. This means I’ve wasted a day and a half setting up and troubleshooting this device and I will have to revert to my old broken low capacity phone during a forthcoming difficult hospital stay as the delivery was so late there is no time to procure another replacement. To say I’m disappointed or even furious would be an understatement. Please buy elsewhere and don’t waste your time and money on this seller.
