    Well to be fair the only good thing was the communication from your team, 1stly the watch looked all nice and shiney but there was no charger in the box. This was resolved by one of your staff by a partial refund (we are still waiting for the charger to arrive) as this was a present i had to pass this over on the weekend. She was exstatic untill she couldnt wear it as soon as she did the strap up like right away the actual clasp broke so now we are waiting not just for a charger but a new band. I thought all of these were inspected being refurbished??? This experience has changed the way i look at buying refurbished items. If i cant touch it before i get it i wont be buying it
