    Quality of the item generally positive. Audio sometimes a bit problematic, a bit hard to hear. Have cleaned the phone regularly in case the mike is dirty. Two days ago, the phone shut down for about 15 minutes, the first time we have ever experienced this. This is said to relate to repetitive attempts to enter password, but it wasn't in this case. It occurred after while my wife was in the closing stages of a 15 minute phone call. So cause unknown. Delivery was fine and very prompt. Basically we only use the phone for texts and a few phone calls. So generally at this stage it suits our purpose. Thanks
