    The overall experience with Back Market has been great. I got my phone even before the expected delivery day, and Customer Service was great when I needed to contact them. The phone I got was in perfect conditions but honestly I was a bit surprised to see the battery's maximum capacity was 90% and I notice it "wears out" pretty fast compared to my last iPhone. I guess this is just the luck of the draw (I selected "Excellent" condition, so I'd definitely recommend spending a bit more and going with "Premium" in order to avoid these small issues). But overall, a great experience :)

    Battery at 100% health, which was unexpected. A few minor nicks around the camera that had chipped the paint, but no damage to the lenses and no other marks or noticeable wear and tear. So awesome on that front. The only issue was that there was gunk that had built up over previous use in the gaps around the on-off and volume buttons, and a little bit in the speakers. Had to use a toothpick to scrape it all out. The kind of thing I would expect to be taken care of in the refurbishment process.

    My phone was shipped super fast, arrived quickly and was packaged really well. Communication was great also! Phone is in good condition and very happy with it. Battery was right on 80% which was the minimum capacity they stated - so no complaints, would have been great to have received something higher than the minimum, but is exactly as advertised. A very good experience and would definitely purchase through Back Market again.
