    Can’t comment on the device as never received! After I placed the order I received a phone call from someone purporting to be the seller saying they didn’t have what I selected and offered an alternative. As I needed urgently I agreed. Back Market then contacted me saying the wrong device was shipped and they had contacted AusPost but if I received I needed to send back before they would send the correct. I asked to cancel the order as there was no offer of express posting to get the device in same time frame. I kept getting delivery notification, even told the device had been delivered to. lPO in a different State! I now need to wait upto a further 7 days to get a refund. So basically no phone, no money to buy a different one, not to mention the stress. In summary a SCAM.

    Okay we ordered 2 IPhone in last one month, we buy iPhone we like and choose color our preference then two days later some one from Back market calls us oooh we don’t have that particular colour but we can offer you different colour. My question is why you advertise the is color arn’t available that is misleading. Not happy.
