    The device was defective (shut down randomly and wouldn't turn on, glitches on screen, overheating, etc.) so I returned it less than 48 after receiving it. I'm hoping to get another of the same device from Back Market from another seller. If the next device is not defective and is in good working condition, I'll update my experience to be a bit more positive. I'm disappointed more with the seller than with Back Market. I hope Back Market investigates sellers who send defective devices to customers.
