Very happy with the condition of the laptop, though it came with a few scuffs and dirty marks which were easy enough to wipe off. The charging cable was also a little dirty, but easy to clean. The delivery was fantastic. It came 2 days after I ordered it, standard delivery, a whole 3-4 days sooner than expected.

I was impressed with the refurbished iPad. There seemed to be no difference to a brand new one. I’d buy again.

Exactly as specified! I love it. Battery health is also okay. I just think they could have cleaned it before delivery—both the MacBook and the charger were dirty. However, it was well packaged and works perfectly.

Brought this laptop for my daughter to use and School because I couldn’t afford a brand-new one. This dell laptop 2in 1 With touch screen is far more than I would have got her if buying. Full retail. yes it had a scratch on the case. It is so light you can hardly see it. Does not interfere with the functionality of the laptop at all. Thanks to the fantastic team at back market, and a superior customer support service, i was able to get Assistance with a shutdown issue. All it turned out to be was an update of the bios was needed. I followed the in-depth instructions I was given,It works Beautifully. I would highly recommend them for future computer purchases on my part and to anybody else who is in need of computer equipment for School. A++ service and delivery.

Great service. Hafd some trouble getting windows 11 up and running as the dell7280 is not supported with that version. But all ok now. Main area of disappointment was very poor performance battery wise. The original battery was still in it but was very low on capacity. Managed to get a new one fitted. All ok now.

Works perfectly and good as new! The battery drains faster than I'm used to but it may be because I'm not used to apple products It came with a cord (lightning to USB C) but no plug though so would recommend getting one! Came fully charged and everything, absolutely love it

The iPad was really new, no scratches, no spots on the body. After 2 weeks of use, no hardware problems. Just as described.
