    I have experienced the worst delivery conditions with you so far. If I hadn't asked about the delivery status after a week of not hearing anything, nothing would probably have happened with my order. I can understand that if AU Post loses the parcel, you are in a difficult situation. But with a $1200 purchase, I expect better communication.
