I like the product. Aside few barely -noticeable scratches on the screen, it is good and works well. I will buy again.

Amazing upgrade. Going from a Samsung A11 to a Samsung A54 is a HUGE upgrade, this is a fantastic piece of kit. Slightly overwhelming at first, because you don't just plug in your SIM card these days. 1) Could someone tell me the best place to find a list of instructions to get this Samsung A54 set up properly. 2) I have to change over all of my Two-step verification (2SV). 3) All of my apps from my old phone have been transferred across, they are now old and need upgrading. 4) Just a good old-fashioned list starting in the settings, going from Connections through to Tips and user guide. 5) A big list of definitions for the jargon for the modern phone. 6) If this doesn't exist let me know and I will create one as I am doing it to this phone. Thanks for the phone, it is a beauty.

It arrived as expected and was in excellent condition - my old phone had a shattered screen and it was cheaper to buy a replacement phone from Black Market than it was to get the old phone repaired - thoroughly recommended

works perfectly, no complaints whatsoever on the condition of the phone or how it works! honestly exceeded my expectations and will definitely be using the back market again, refurbished is the way to go (+you can't beat the price tbh)! my only complaint is just of my own fault, i should have done better research on the phone specs because the zoom etc isn't phenomenal quality 😅 but it definitely does the job! 10/10 refurbished phone.
