My experience has been absolutely fantastic, I thought I had an issue with my purchase so I requested for support and within a few hours I got a response, however I later figured out that it wasn't an issue with my purchase it was just me not not knowing how to use the item and despite me taking forever to get back to the support team they were super supportive and helpful throughout this whole ordeal. So yes I will must definitely be shopping here again and I have already told many people about this site and how amazing they are.

Shipping was delayed a bit, but was kept updated which was a little helpful. Headphones themselves were ok, but transmit noise from contact a lot more than other noise cancelling headphones like BoseQC or more expensive Sonys
