few scratches here and there for the “excellent„ option, but they are easily hidden so it’s ok. the battery is also kind of whack, but honestly i’m not complaining it’s overall a very good phone and i would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking into buying a refurbished phone.

It’s for 90 year old mum. iPhone 11 is the least expensive model providing Assistive Access - I’ve set up for her - she only gets calls from people on her favourites list. She cannot delete or accidentally move things. The volume is toggled and it streams via blue tooth to her hearing aid. Really worthwhile

I'm extremely happy with my phone purchase. The iphone 16 Premium had a 100% (charge) battery and the phone was in great condition beautifully presented, and in identical condition to the product descriptions, not a scratch or mark anywhere. Very happy about my refurbished phone. I didn’t need the specs of a new phone so bought one with the specs I wanted. Saved me about 1000 dollars. Better for the environment too. One very minor flaw: you advertise with promising at least 85% battery life, mine is 84% (🤨). I can totally life with that. Anyone thinking of going refurbished, go here.

I've had the S24 Ultra for a month and its been amazing so far. Works like new. Battery is like new. I couldn't justify buying new but wanted a top tier device. I will definitely recommend to friends and will buy Back Market again in the future.

Phone is good but not in perfect condition when I received it there were certain parts of the screen that could not be pressed. Like the letter “i” on the keyboard. So a little bit upset about that as I paid expecting a no flaw phone.

The process of buying a phone on black market was so easy when I needed a phone quickly. The price was much better than other places and was able to get a better phone for less. I will definitely be back.
