I was quite dubious about buying a refurbished phone from an unknown website. I received the phone in pristine condition. I was so pleasantly surprised. If I didn’t know better I would swear it was brand new 100%. I love it. It was professionally well packed. I would highly recommend buying from Back Market. You won’t be disappointed.

I was hesitant on buying refurbished phone online but this website gave 30 days return which is good. Phone came very quickly via signature on delivery, I bought prestine condition and this is exactly what it looks like. No visible signs of scratch or damage anywhere, very happy with my purchase.

I'm extremely happy with my phone purchase. The iphone 16 Premium had a 100% (charge) battery and the phone was in great condition beautifully presented, and in identical condition to the product descriptions, not a scratch or mark anywhere. The phone also arrived quickly, such prompt shipping. I would definitely purchase from this company again. Highly recommended. Loving it since I got it 😀😀😀
