Item came a little later than expected, but the product is pristine with no exterior damage that i can find. The phone works great and is exactly what it said it was going to be.

This phone is NOT GOOD!! It won’t turn off the screen goes black randomly it jumps from page to page it will not make call or receive calls randomly it’s slow as a snail randomly it’s driving me crazy AND NOONE WILL REPLY FROM BACK MARKET AND MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH SONEONE AND EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I MADE NO ORDER??!!! Grrr

oI bought this phone as a used device, advertised as being in the best condition. Within a week, the screen started acting buggy. Over time, it’s only gotten worse—now it's glitchy, overheats, and the power button is stuck. There were dead pixels from the start, and overall, this has been a terrible product. Not worth the money at all.

The phone arrived after 2 weeks and not only the wrong colour it turns off randomly all the time. Waste of money and don't even try and get though to customer service, I was unable to log on and cannot contact anyone. Waste of $400.
