Bought for my teen as a first phone. Great service and easy to set up everything. Was seamless and arrived on time without issues. For a refurbished unit it looks amazingly brand new and what I would expect given the reviews I read prior to purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Back Market. The first iPhone 14 Pro I ordered arrived with an “unknown” battery and display. After just one week, the screen went completely black and stopped working. I had to return it and, after a lot of back and forth, finally received my refund - but this left me without a phone for almost a month. I then ordered another phone. This time, the wrong model was delivered (no eSIM slot, which was already frustrating, though I tried to overlook it). Unfortunately, the screen was defective again, showing rainbow effects whenever I used the inner camera. Now I’ll have to send this second phone back as well. Back Market won’t refund me for the two screen protectors I had to buy and waste during this process, and it adds to the frustration of the whole experience. This has been exhausting and disappointing. I’ve bought refurbished phones before and never had these issues, but after this I will never order from Back Market again. Next time, I’ll buy directly from Apple.

Unfortunately I had to return the phone due to functionality issues detailed below. I requested a replacement, or a refund if the seller could not provide a replacement that would fix these issues. I promptly received a refund, though without further explanation. The customer service handling the issues was very friendly and helpful though! To summarize issues: Battery: - Poor battery life (100% to 36% in 2h39min screen time) - does not resolve ‘restart and finish repair’ Display: (Perhaps due to non-genuine part issues) - Stutter / jerkiness when scrolling - Screen glitches when swiping right/ left - Auto brightness is extremely erratic, especially at night - When locked the screen randomly dims and brightens constantly - When locked, tap and swipe to wake are unresponsive (they are turned on). Only the side button or raising the phone works - Screen sporadically unresponsive to touch (eg when using chrome web browser)

Bought an iPhone 12 and couldn’t be happier! The device looks like new, the battery is in good condition, and it even came with two screen protectors. Overall, a great purchase – highly recommend!
