Not bad, though not perfect either. Occasionally when I go to open it, all I get is a dark grey, unresponsive screen. Simply turning it off and on again (with two quick clicks of the power button) fixes this though, so it's not a big issue. The auto-correct on the keyboard is really funky though, and unless my fingers are fatter than I thought they were, it likes to insert random spaces and (sometimes imaginary) words so that 'random' becomes 'ra an dome' or something, which is not an issue I had with my previous refurbished SE (2nd ed). I've changed the auto-correct, auto-punctuation and predict features to off in settings, which makes things a bit better but I still occasionally have the issue. The screen went completely unresponsive on me at one point when I opened the phone onto safari, and I had to do the 'volume up then down quickly and hold the power button until you see the apple symbol' restart, after which it was working normally again. Other than those (mostly just mildly inconvenient) issues, it has been behaving fine. Oh, it also didn't let me do the connect-to-mac info crossover when I was first setting up the phone, but from what I could see online this is normally clunky and was probably not just an issue with the phone? I guess this is what you have to expect with refurbished phones and they aren't tremendously frustrating problems anyway, but it is perhaps a little bit disappointing they couldn't be picked up on in the refurbishing process, or if they were known, that they weren't communicated to me prior to or upon arrival or even as possibilities of purchase on the website. However I must say that, while I have received a better quality phone from another refurbisher for a similar/slightly cheaper price, the customer service at backmarket was excellent and opportunities to leave reviews like this and get in contact with them are very much appreciated. Overall, content with my purchase.

My Apple iPhone 13 with I think it’s 128 memory was like brand-new hasn’t a single mark on it very happy with my purchase very good phone. I did have an iPhone 7 upgraded to the 13. excellent value for money with a 12 month warranty.

The device is perfect, from the quality to the functionality you can’t go wrong with buying your product from BackMarket. I ordered my watch and payed for express post and it was at my door in 2 days which really surprised me and the price is such a great deal! Was nervous it wasn’t real but when it came and I opened the cute packaging I was so happy thank you BackMarket :)

I was looking at a new computer but don’t use it often. My granddaughter put me on to Backmarker. I got a a fantastic computer for a fraction of the price of a new one. It works fantastically. Very happy customer!!

I’m very happy with my purchase. My Apple Watch came in great condition, no scratches and works well . The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to make sure the battery is well charged before it shipped out.

I love my Apple Watch from Back market. The price was fantasic and my Iphone is the perfect companion to the watch and they communicate with each other . The watch alerts me to calls, serves as an SOS alert in case of falls, monitors my exercise and calorie content. I am a happy customer.

at first it was very great, looked brand new. but after a day or two, notifications kept popping up and couldn't click out of it. pretty much was locked out of the phone then. after looking online and resetting the phone, it worked again and so far has been working well since then.. maybe a week or two.

The watch is great but the band is cheap and nasty and watch falls off easily. Will research a better more secure band.
