Completely happy with my purchase. It replaces my old 8 Plus that cannot charge anymore. It is completely functional and the battery life is as stated by Back Market. Instead of buying a new phone that has not got anything in it that I want, this old IPhone 8 Plus meets all my needs. Great saving of money and environmental friendly. It's strange that most people by new all the time adding to environmental waste, while maintaining they are trying to stop climate change. Strange, conundrum and hypocritical.

My purchase is not listed on my account so have no record of a warranty so when I access my account it states I have no items purchased. I have tried every avenue of contact to resolve this issue without success. "We want to hear from you" is a farce.

The phone works fine, after the initial hiccups of the phone service dropping out randomly and trouble shooting that, it has been 100 percent as good as I could expect it to be. This is the second phone I have bought from backmarket now, the first was for my daughter and that one has been perfect too, I will continue to purchase my phones when needed from backmarket until I have a reason not to, but so far its all good.

Visually looks like new. Feels very solid and satisfying to handle. Having the odd problem with network connectivity but that could be me still learning all about the phone. Very happy with the refurbished phone this early in my ownership. GC

1st purchase on back market. The phone was surprisingly good, only 1 little not noticeable scratch near the mute switch. Battery health was 88% and still hold up throughout the day with a light use. Very recommended to purchase a used / refurbished phone through back market

Got what I ordered and everything is working just fine, for a better price then a new one! Honestly don't see or notice any difference with a new one. When it came in, had some issues with charging with wire, but after a bit of cleaning and restarting the device, it is charging as normal now.

The phone arrived when you said it would. If I didn’t know any different I would think it was a new phone and not a refurbished phone. The only little niggle I have is the life of the battery but then I didn’t expect it to last very long anyway. I am very much enjoying using my “new” phone.

Being one who has to learn how to use technology I have to do it as I go along. There appears to be a great deal of applications that this phone can do. I'm happy with the purchase and the quality of the phone.
