The phone I got was ( premium ) condition and I honestly love the phone I picked it up today and it runs smoothly battery capacity at 100% not even a single scratch seriously think it’s never been used setting up was a breeze I was a bit hesitant at first buying a refurbished phone but I was proven otherwise 11/10 for me thank you so much, hopefully there won’t be any problems with this phone 🩷

Great price. Google Pixel 4 in as described condition, except No mention of the poor (near end of life?) for speaker phone function- cant be heard by other person. Quick delivery. Would recommend as a better option than pawn shops/ebay/facebook marketplace.

I am very satisfied with my first time experience to purchase an iPhone 22 from Backmarket. Not only was it delivered earlier than expected but the refurbished item came with a 100% battery health. Kudos, backmarket! Will come back for more.

Hi I upgraded from a iPhone XS that I bought from you to a iPhone 13 and I am very happy, I bought the iPhone XS from you but the earpiece was very crackley, I sent it back to be repaired but it came back still the same, I thought I would give you another chance, that is why I got the iPhone 13, and I am happy with this one, Pete.

I bought the pristine one, with the best battery. When I received the phone, the battery was completely drained. I'm not expert but isn't that bad for the battery? Otherwise, the phone was good. Had some very minor signs of use, but it was expected.

The IPhone 12 Prop Max 512 GB was in perfect working order and in excellent condition. I suppose because we do not live in a capitol city the $8. express postage was a waste of money, Overall, i was very pleased with the item

Paid for premium. Pretty much as described and working well. Does display unknown part for battery so hard to know if this actually an Apple part as described, or inferior product (explanation for this on Back Market webpage is unclear) Overall, happy with purchase.

I had fingers crossed that the phone was going to be as described. It was fantastic! It’s a brand new phone. The battery is like new and I can’t fault it. Great phone, great service and a pretty good price for what was delivered. This is one very happy customer and I highly recommend Backmarket to anyone else based on my experience.
