Great price. Google Pixel 4 in as described condition, except No mention of the poor (near end of life?) for speaker phone function- cant be heard by other person. Quick delivery. Would recommend as a better option than pawn shops/ebay/facebook marketplace.

Phone arrived promptly, great service, being a refurnished phone I was quite impressed, could not find any scratches or dings, it looked brand new, battery life 100% very happy, would highly recommend Backmarket for a refurbished phone.

Hi I upgraded from a iPhone XS that I bought from you to a iPhone 13 and I am very happy, I bought the iPhone XS from you but the earpiece was very crackley, I sent it back to be repaired but it came back still the same, I thought I would give you another chance, that is why I got the iPhone 13, and I am happy with this one, Pete.

The phone I got was ( premium ) condition and I honestly love the phone I picked it up today and it runs smoothly battery capacity at 100% not even a single scratch seriously think it’s never been used setting up was a breeze I was a bit hesitant at first buying a refurbished phone but I was proven otherwise 11/10 for me thank you so much, hopefully there won’t be any problems with this phone 🩷

I had fingers crossed that the phone was going to be as described. It was fantastic! It’s a brand new phone. The battery is like new and I can’t fault it. I bought the pristine one, with the best battery. When I received the phone, the battery was completely drained. I'm not expert but isn't that bad for the battery? Otherwise, the phone was good. Had some very minor signs of use, but it was expected.

This is the third time I have used back market, 2 I phones and a Mac book pro. Great service, amazing products, you literally get what is advertised. I have also used the UK Backmarket and it is the same quality! Highly recommend!!

I am very satisfied with my first time experience to purchase an iPhone 22 from Backmarket. Not only was it delivered earlier than expected but the refurbished item came with a 100% battery health. Kudos, backmarket! Will come back for more.
