Exactly as described, arrived super quick with a charging cord but no adapter which is fine as I have plenty.

The phone is not compatible with the change to 4G which is surprising given it’s not the oldest one on here and still paid decent money. I’m pretty annoyed and can’t be left without a phone to return it. A big nuisance and nothing was here to say it would not work properly after 28/10

Besides the whole estimation process for delivery not matching the actual process! I would definitely use this service again! The phone is in mint condition! Awesome and legitimate service :) very happy.

The buying experience is was easy enough, the product however is glitchy and the screen sometimes doesn’t respond. Preloved item am not surprised but still frustrating to say the least.

Phone is great very happy, apart from the battery being at 82% and im already thinking of replacing it with quite low performance even at 82. I thought that getting the second grade this would be a bit better.
