Need to put a note in the address’s letterbox if tried to deliver and couldn’t. My phone is my only source of internet so cannot receive messages to say phone is at post office. Plus it confirms delivery did actually visit my address instead of just taking it to the post office. Very happy with phone except that it becomes hot 🔥 after few hours use - Bluetooth or other.

It came in great condition, no scratches etc. Although the battery was at 86% max capacity and it was a little grubby. I had to clean it BUT most importantly it works perfectly and no cosmetic issues either.

Well I was a bit sceptical to start with but the phone turned up in two days that’s two days and I chosen a phone that was good condition so I’m blown away with the condition like I had to look with a magnifying glass to see any marks NONE Overall awesome good coms well done Backmarket👍🏾

iPhone 14 pro max arrived well packed and was up and running within 20 mins, still seems to be a good investment and I would probably use Back Market again for similar type purchases.

Charging pins inside were bent , phone. Can only be charged cordless phone obs not checked by suppliers before shipping out, cost of t re turn shipping and unable to be with out phone for weeks , I will get it fixed later, , very poor quality phone but paid top dollar

I don't usually bother writing reviews. However, this is a great phone at a reasonable price, so here I am, writing a review :-) I'm very happy with it.
