I'm extremely happy with my phone purchase. The refurbished iphone 12 had a new 100% (charge) battery and the phone was in great condition (like new), not a scratch or mark anywhere. The phone also arrived quickly, such prompt shipping. I would definitely purchase from this company again. Highly recommended.

I ordered an iPhone 12 on Sunday evening and received a.message to call Back Market on the Monday afternoon. They advised that the colour I had ordered (purple) wasn’t available, however it could come in that evening. I was given the option to wait until the next day upon which they called back to advise I could choose a different colour or receive a full refund. I chose another colour and it arrived the next day via express post. A bit disappointed that the colour I originally ordered was not available, however fantastic customer service by Back Market. The phone condition was excellent with battery at 100% capacity. Screen in as new condition and also the casing had no visible marks. Would definitely order from Back Market again in the future.

I felt that I got a great deal with a great product and will be a return client to this company, I feel like I got what was advertised and that makes me happy. Good trustworthy company wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Really impress with the reconditioning. Looks and feel like brand new phone. Battery life is really good and the customer service was prompt and responsive. HAd little nag with shipment but customer service was prompt with communication and updates.

Delivered promptly and in a strong box to protect it. Phone is in good condition, screen has been replaced with a new one and a screen protector which was a bonus. Battery life is 100% so overall am happy with it, thanks

Very happy with the phone and the service. Someone always answer the phone when I need them and they called me as well when there was a mixup with the colours but all sorted all perfect ended up getting two phones.

I ordered an IPhone 12 which has no scratches on it what so ever, so pleased with that. Bit disappointed however as battery capacity is only 85%. Bought one in ‘excellent condition’ as thought battery capacity might be 100%. Still can’t complain though as was an excellent price and very fast delivery.
