    The iPhone 12 Pro arrived quickly and on time and for good condition it was clean and no sign of sratches. It was packed securely, so it stayed safe during shipping. Getting the phone was easy and trouble-free. Overall, it was a good experience getting the iPhone 12 Pro delivered.

    I ordered/paid for 2 phones at the same time and had a bit of a stuff around with them being posted separately and only wrapped in bubble wrap. Also I had order a BLACK iPhone 12 but received a light green iPhone 12 and being a Christmas no time to return to fix the mistake

    My phone was shipped super fast, arrived quickly and was packaged really well. Communication was great also! Phone is in good condition and very happy with it. Battery was right on 80% which was the minimum capacity they stated - so no complaints, would have been great to have received something higher than the minimum, but is exactly as advertised. A very good experience and would definitely purchase through Back Market again.

    Phone received was in great condition (opted for Good). Battery condition was 81% so will have to replace that soon but other than that pretty happy given its a 2nd hand phone covered by a 12 month warranty.
