I specifically bought a phone model that supports eSIM because I'm traveling overseas but they sent me a model that doesn't support it (SCG01). I tried contacting customer service but you can only do it following their specific prompts that ends in 'refund or repair', no phone line or email. I already transferred all my information to the phone and am overseas so I can't just send it back for a refund or I'd be without a phone. Very frustrating situation.

Phone is ok but battery is crap have to keep charging it

Even though it is an old model, I am impressed by the very smooth movement as someone who has been using only mid-range for a long time. I bought a C grade and was surprised to receive a very clean device with no major scratches, although it really does have some signs of use. I think the drawback is that it heats up easily and apps are forced to close.

As for the condition, there were no problems at all. （The battery life seems to be poor (compared to my previous S10+), but that's a bonus. I would use it again if I had the chance.

The delivery status was not updated in the back market history, but the product received was of such high quality that it was hard to believe it was a B grade!

I bought it with the highest quality A-grading and no problems at all. The battery rating was also 97% good. The delivery was made by cc connect.

Not bad. because its battery timing is to bad . Before i used this mobile in year 2022.

It has been in use for more than three weeks and has no operating problems. However, being a grade B, I thought the battery was weak as it would turn off after 5 minutes when it was below 20%!
