Great product great service

The imac came as promised. The issue I have is the crappy mouse and keyboard. I expected a Apple brand for both. I couldn't connect the keyboard so that's just sitting there.

It comes with a JIS keyboard, which is good because I knew it was JIS, but it is quite difficult to use because it is for Windows. I think it's like an extra, so it's OK, but if it was, I would have preferred to have bought the one I wanted myself without it and had the price lowered a little. I think it's a problem with Sagawa, but I received an email from Sagawa right after the delivery informing me that I could specify the time, but it came at a completely different time. I think it was a two-piece parcel, but the two pieces arrived separately on different days, so it was difficult for me to be home at the time.

I got a network error when I first switched it on for set-up. I don't know the details due to lack of knowledge, but I wonder if the initial network configuration file was corrupted? I think so. There seems to be nothing wrong with the interface etc., as it has been working fine since resetting. The exterior is clean and the included HDMI and power cable are fine.
