I used to have a brand new one and it went bad, so I bought a low-priced third-party one, but I couldn't use it in a way that the genuine one could, so when that one went bad, I found out about your company and bought it. However, the Sole on the back of the mouse was not sliding well, so I stuck the rest of the Sole I had bought before and used it, and the cursor is moving almost comfortably.

It did not come with a manual to synchronise it with the pc the first time. A quick Google search showed how to do it and it works fine.
