I got an excellent phone. It came with a Battery life of 100% which was really surprising. Cameras are beautiful. No scratches or anything wrong with the phone so far. I will say, if you have a physical sim and want to switch to an ESIM, be warned that it takes a while to transfer - up to 2 business days (at least with the provider I’m with) the phone is awesome and came fairly quick. I bought this phone about a month ago and I got the pristine quality and I really didn’t expect it to be absolutely flawless, I was expecting 95% battery life, minor scratches, slow but it has actually beat all those expectations it’s got 100% battery health not a single abrasion what so ever and it works like brand new it’s like someone bought it from factory and sold it without taking it out the box, chargers to full battery in about an hour in a half with the included charger which is WAY faster than I need but I thought that was pretty cool

Firstly, excellent price, good communication about delivery, phone is in excellent condition. Battery life a bit less than the old iPhone XP it has replaced. Transferring all data, files and apps was somewhat cumbersome but acceptable. This is my wife's phone and she is happy with it.

I ordered an iPhone 12 on Sunday evening and received a.message to call Back Market on the Monday afternoon. They advised that the colour I had ordered (purple) wasn’t available, however it could come in that evening. I was given the option to wait until the next day upon which they called back to advise I could choose a different colour or receive a full refund. I chose another colour and it arrived the next day via express post. A bit disappointed that the colour I originally ordered was not available, however fantastic customer service by Back Market. The phone condition was excellent with battery at 100% capacity. Screen in as new condition and also the casing had no visible marks. Would definitely order from Back Market again in the future.
