I got an excellent phone. It came with a Battery life of 100% which was really surprising. Cameras are beautiful. No scratches or anything wrong with the phone so far. I will say, if you have a physical sim and want to switch to an ESIM, be warned that it takes a while to transfer - up to 2 business days (at least with the provider I’m with) the phone is awesome and came fairly quick. I highly recommend Back market to buy your refurbished phones.

Completely happy with my purchase. It replaces my old 8 Plus that cannot charge anymore. It is completely functional and the battery life is as stated by Back Market. Instead of buying a new phone that has not got anything in it that I want, this old IPhone 8 Plus meets all my needs. Great saving of money and environmental friendly. It's strange that most people by new all the time adding to environmental waste, while maintaining they are trying to stop climate change. Strange, conundrum and hypocritical.

I ordered an iPhone 12 on Sunday evening and received a.message to call Back Market on the Monday afternoon. They advised that the colour I had ordered (purple) wasn’t available, however it could come in that evening. I was given the option to wait until the next day upon which they called back to advise I could choose a different colour or receive a full refund. I chose another colour and it arrived the next day via express post. A bit disappointed that the colour I originally ordered was not available, however fantastic customer service by Back Market. The phone condition was excellent with battery at 100% capacity. Screen in as new condition and also the casing had no visible marks. Would definitely order from Back Market again in the future.

I got Execelent condition and it looked brand new around the body and screen, but there was very obvious dirt in the speakers an charging port and the rings around the camera where slightly marked, The phone came with a genuine apple battery at 100 percent capacity even though i didnt ask for a new one!!!
