The product itself was absolutely fine and in excellent condition. Delivery was quick too! However, as it was listed as ‘SIM-free’, I assumed the carrier didn’t matter, but it turned out to be a model originally sold by docomo that had been made SIM-free. Of course, it works perfectly well, but as it requires carrier-specific settings, I would have preferred more detailed information. If I’d known which carrier it was from, I would have looked into it more carefully. Ultimately, this means I have to go through the trouble of deleting the docomo apps I won’t be using after setting it up. In the end, I was left with a strong sense of disappointment, so I think I’ll only be using this service this once.

It is a C grade, but the body was very clean (apart from minor scratches, peeling around the charging terminal and some dust in the gap at the bottom of the screen) and the screen was fine. However, the carrier model number in the technical specifications displayed after specifying the conditions was different from the one actually received (au to docomo). The return was accepted, but the overall response was good, so I was left with a sense of disappointment.

I was going to buy A, but the B grade was a direct sales model, so I was allowed to buy it. However, the receipt showed an AU model number. I wondered why the sticker had a docomo model number, so I started up the product I received and found that it was the docomo version. The phone is a cheap SIM, so I will continue to use it as it is, thinking that this is some kind of fate. I think that this is not a mistake that a company that deals with smartphones should make. I hope that in the future you will ensure that this does not happen to other customers. Best regards.

The product sent to me was very clean and good quality, I didn't even feel it had been used. I was worried because it was my first time using your service, but I was relieved. I would appreciate it if you could include the carrier on the product page for the phone.

I was able to use WiFi communication but not mobile data, so I changed SIM card companies. I was relieved to find that it worked without any problems.

It was a really beautiful model. I’m glad I went for the A-grade version.

It is three years out of date, but there is nothing wrong with it. There are no defects or scratches on the frame, the battery does not feel saggy and it runs smoothly with a computer score as good as a medium laptop. I am happy with my purchase.
