I bought a C grade. The screen was in very good condition. There were scratches on the corners of the unit from bumping and dropping it. The scratches on the corners were the biggest, but I use it in a case so it didn't really bother me.

I am very satisfied with it. I was looking for a black Docomo carrier and found it online. To be honest, I had never heard of Backmarket and when I looked them up, I was able to purchase with confidence due to their good track record and reviews. The exterior was as clean as new and the first charge was 100%. I realised that this was premium condition. The data transfer cable was included, so data transfer was quick and easy. Thanks to KIRIN MOBILE.

It said it was a refurbished product, but it works fine. I would use it again next time.

I returned it because I could not make calls or mobile communications, but the response was terrible. The phone was an eSIM, so I had to pay a transfer fee of 800 yen round-trip, but no compensation. After the return arrived, the money was suddenly refunded without any inspection report or apology. I will never buy from them again.
