The seller sent me a laptop worth half the price instead, assuming I would accept it. This is terrible customer service and has caused so much hassle because I now have to ship it back.

I knew it was reliable because I had bought an iPhone 14. Even though it was three years old, it cost just under 320,000 yen including tax, which was nearly 700,000 yen three years ago, and it looked as if it had never been used. Did the person who bought it never use it? I had to make sure I didn't miss out on the power supply or the Bluetooth mouse being a C-type. The complete migration from the old Macbook Pro, which no longer allowed OS updates, was also completed without incident. I can't carry it around with me, so I'm looking for something affordable for the Air.

Due to my profession, I need a machine with a US keyboard, but it is very difficult to find one in Japan. I was able to find a device with US keys at BackMarket, and the machine was in good condition with no problems at all, so I am very grateful for that. When I first saw it in a search, I thought it might be a dubious market and avoided it. (Sorry). It did not mention that there were no official accessories such as cables, box or power supply. It was not a MagSafe3, even if it was not official. The unit was clean, but it's not a good idea to misrepresent this area.
