MacBook Pro 14-inch (2021) - Apple M1 Pro 8-core and 14-core GPU - 16GB RAM - SSD 512GB - Standard display - JIS - Japanese

I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserves it. Upgraded from a 2013 MacBook Pro and… wow. This 16-inch M1 Pro feels like I went from a loyal old tractor to a silent luxury spaceship. Everything is instant — apps open immediately, multitasking is effortless, and it stays cool and quiet even when I’m doing heavier stuff. Condition was excellent (honestly looks and feels near-new), and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The screen is gorgeous, the keyboard feels great, and the performance jump from 2013 is genuinely night and day. If you’re on an older Mac and wondering if the upgrade is worth it: yes. This thing is a beast, and I’m annoyed I didn’t do it sooner.

It’s working well. Had to reconfigure (?) the Touch Bar when I first got it to check it was a genuine part so I guess that was the refurbished bit.. It went OK, but I did have one day when the Touch Bar wouldn’t display until I did a restart , so that was weird, but other than that, so far so good.

Brilliant .. Genius bar help me do the migration from the old 2012 Mac . They commented what a brilliant buy I had from you. Love the spoedd of the new machine with Photoshop work I do .. Many thanks Anthony Horth

absolutely excellent.. although I ordered MBP M1 Pro 32/512 with the 10CPU - 16GPU but then they sent me the 8CPU - 14GPU version, they quickly gave solution to me.. so I would say that my MBP 14" is perfect product and condition. Got the MBP installed with all the productivity stuffs and they works well, smooth. The speaker produces best sound so far, legend!! So I love my purchase.

I couldn't be happier with my new MacBook Pro!! Pristine in its looks and a weapon for its performance. I'd definitely recommend BackMarket to others.

I purchased a 2021 MacBook Pro (M1 Max, 32-core GPU, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD). What I received does not match the listing or the platform’s stated quality standards. The device was delivered with a 24-core GPU instead of the advertised 32-core GPU, which is a different hardware configuration and directly contradicts the product description. In addition, the battery health is only 79.3%, confirmed using the recommended coconutBattery diagnostic tool. This is below the platform’s stated minimum requirement of 85% battery health for MacBook devices. Beyond the hardware issues, the handling of this case has also been unacceptable: Customer support initially responded with completely irrelevant information referencing an iPhone and eSIM, which is unrelated to this MacBook order The seller has failed to provide a valid tax invoice despite multiple requests There has been no clear or consistent resolution process, only repeated generic responses and shifting options Overall, this experience shows serious issues in both product compliance and platform-level case handling. The device does not match what was advertised, and the support process has not addressed the core issues in a meaningful way.

ordered fair. very good condition, only a slight dent near trackpad. good battery life which was prolly my main concern and everything is in order
