ordered fair. very good condition, only a slight dent near trackpad. good battery life which was prolly my main concern and everything is in order

I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserves it. Upgraded from a 2013 MacBook Pro and… wow. This 16-inch M1 Pro feels like I went from a loyal old tractor to a silent luxury spaceship. Everything is instant — apps open immediately, multitasking is effortless, and it stays cool and quiet even when I’m doing heavier stuff. Condition was excellent (honestly looks and feels near-new), and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The screen is gorgeous, the keyboard feels great, and the performance jump from 2013 is genuinely night and day. If you’re on an older Mac and wondering if the upgrade is worth it: yes. This thing is a beast, and I’m annoyed I didn’t do it sooner.

Seller unfortunately did not send the correct unit. Purchased a 10 core CPU, 16 core GPU and they sent an 8 Core CPU. The condition is also not "excellent" as described. The item has a sticker stain on the cover, it has a dent on the lid, numerous scratches on the underside and corners of the MBP. Item is being returned to hopefully get a replacement with the unit I actually paid for.

As expected. Great condition. No issues. Well packaged. Easy to track.

This was a very disappointing first experience with Back Market. The laptop arrived with a damaged screen, making it not presentable as the gift I had planned for my niece in the Philippines. Receiving a defective device is frustrating enough, but what made the experience worse was the lack of a practical resolution. Despite the laptop arriving damaged, I was told I have to return it, wait for the seller to receive and inspect it, and then wait again for a replacement or refund. There was no faster option available, even though the product was faulty from the moment it arrived. I understand that companies have policies, but customers shouldn’t have to go through a lengthy process when they receive a defective item through no fault of their own. The quality control clearly failed, and the after-sales process doesn’t inspire confidence. The customer support representatives were polite, but politeness alone doesn’t make up for receiving a damaged product and facing a slow, inconvenient resolution process. I hope Back Market improves its inspection process and offers faster resolutions for customers who receive faulty products.

Brilliant .. Genius bar help me do the migration from the old 2012 Mac . They commented what a brilliant buy I had from you. Love the spoedd of the new machine with Photoshop work I do .. Many thanks Anthony Horth

Very happy with it, came as described. Screen was perfect, body was almost perfect, functions as expected. Only minor issue is I think packaging was slightly damaged, in a way it was slightly opened due to the damage and I think the internal packaging wasn't great but it did survive. Also the included charger sometimes fails to work but thats not that important so I just throw it out.
