The laptop came without any instructions and no identification of who supplied it. The laptop was dead on arrival. 2 days later after I tried everything I could think of I swapped the charger to the other port and it sprang into life.. The Back Market FAQ’s weren’t helpful. I am quite happy with the laptop.
