Got it in perfect condition. Really happy with the product. Initially ordered a Grey one but they send me a perfect condition Silver one with 93% battery health! Even they sent me a little note mentioning me that. Did not expect to get a one with above 90% battery health. Really happy!

I can’t say enough good things…. Quality of product was incredible (we purchased “excellent” condition) The only thing that I could pick up was a tiny bit or ware on the space bar. Runs perfectly, looks great, wrong charger was accidentally sent and was immediately fixed. Service from help was outstanding, warm and kind. It’s awesome to be able to purchase such great quality products at such an excellent price and stop more e-waste from going to landfill

The MacBook Air I purchased looks fantastic — cosmetically it’s basically like new, and it runs perfectly. Overall, I’m really happy with it. That said, I do have two small gripes. The condition was listed as excellent, but the battery health is below 85%. While that’s not terrible, I would have expected at least 90% or a replacement battery to truly match the “excellent” description. A very minor point — the laptop arrived completely flat. It would’ve been nicer to receive it with some charge, though this is more nitpicking than a real issue.

Very happy with my MacBook Air, not a single mark is on the laptop and it works great. Only issues I have is that I can’t change the region to anywhere within Australia so that I can use the calendar or reminders apps - but I love the laptop!

Arrived quickly. Specified ‘good’ condition but I’d argue it’s even better than good, it’s almost pristine. No issues with laptop’s performance to date.
