I can’t say enough good things…. Quality of product was incredible (we purchased “excellent” condition) The only thing that I could pick up was a tiny bit or ware on the space bar. Runs perfectly, looks great, wrong charger was accidentally sent and was immediately fixed. Service from help was outstanding, warm and kind. The MacBook Air I purchased looks fantastic — cosmetically it’s basically like new, and it runs perfectly. Overall, I’m really happy with it. That said, I do have two small gripes. The condition was listed as excellent, but the battery health is below 85%. While that’s not terrible, I would have expected at least 90% or a replacement battery to truly match the “excellent” description. A very minor point — the laptop arrived completely flat. It would’ve been nicer to receive it with some charge, though this is more nitpicking than a real issue.
