There were two small scratches on the back. Some reviewers said they could not find any scratches even with a C grade, but the product I bought is a B grade, so if you expect too much you may be a little disappointed, but I think it is as per the grade shown. However, it is more than clean enough for use. The display part is not scratched at all, so if you put a cover on it, it will be as good as new, and the battery is fine and usable. I used it in the car with the cellular model with deserting until the SIM arrived, but it was a bit tricky to set up due to the model of the phone. I thought it was OK to use the WiFi model because I could use it normally, but once I inserted the SIM, I could use it more easily, so I think it was good that I chose the cellular model because of how often I use it outside (3-5 times a week for 30-60 minutes), although it costs a little more to maintain it. I have used several low-priced (under 20,000 yen) tablets, but the performance and feel of the older ipad pro was better. (mainly video, internet surfing)

The product arrived so clean that it could be mistaken for an unused item. It works fine and the sound quality is very satisfactory, which I had expected. However, there are five large fingerprints clearly visible, so please do more checks during shipping. I bought 32G of storage, but I would have preferred to buy 128G as it is not as easy to migrate as an Android tablet.

It arrived quickly. The exterior was in satisfactory condition, but I was surprised to find that the activation lock was still on. I think this point is fundamental to the sale of second-hand goods... It was completely unusable, so I contacted them and asked them to replace it with an alternative. The replacement was in good condition. However, I was very worried because there was no detailed communication that the item we returned had been received or that a replacement had been dispatched.
