I purchased a 512 GB C grade. Although it is a C grade, I didn't find any noticeable scratches, if I had to say so, it was only a scratch on the charging port. It was my first Apple product and I was very anxious about it, but I am glad I bought it from backmarket!

I had heard rumours that the shipping preparations would be completed on the same day, so I was worried and contacted them once, but they started preparing the shipping immediately afterwards and gave me a polite reply. I was surprised at how quickly they responded 😳. I bought a glass film and cover from another place at the same time, but they are not ready to ship yet from 2024/4/14 to 2024/4/17😣💦. This is my first time using Backmarket and I am nothing but impressed with the speed of the response 😭💕💕. It was just like your review... I'm at work at the moment and haven't been able to assess the condition of the unit yet, but once I do, I'm reviewing it to give kudos for this speed of response.

This is the first time I have bought from this site, I bought a B grade and was surprised to receive a beautiful item that looked like it was brand new. （I am sorry I was slightly skeptical that I would receive a battered one, but I was pleasantly surprised.) The speed with which it arrived two days after ordering was also good. It works fine and is very fast. I am very satisfied with the large screen, watching videos and reading e-books.
