Good product, excellent service.

I bought a C grade. There is a small scratch in the corner of the unit and one little scuff on the screen, but it is completely invisible when the screen is on and there are no problems with use. The battery, when diagnosed, is also at 100%. I was happy about this as I want to use it for a long time. Charging with the included cable is also fine. I don't know about the adapter, as I haven't used it. (I use another one at home). The operating system was upgraded to iPadOS17 after purchase. My use of this product is mostly for browsing, so the storage is adequate and the purchase was quite inexpensive. Delivery was also quicker than indicated on the screen at the time of purchase. Thank you very much. I will use it with care.

There were a few marks on the screen that looked like dirt, which I thought I could remove by wiping, but I couldn't... There were two marks with a diameter of about 5 cm and one smaller mark that looked like it had been pressed hard. It was quite noticeable and I was worried that there might be a problem after starting it up, but now I can use it without any problems. I am generally satisfied with the product. I think I will use it again if there is an opportunity. The charger that comes with it is not genuine, but a new one came with it. However, it got hot quickly and could not be used because it could not be charged at all.

The product I purchased works great and this is a very good deal at 47,000 yen. I would like to purchase another similar iPad-Pro, but I would like to ask: 'Are there any similar products from the second generation and above, from 2017 onwards? Yutaka Tanabe.
