There was indeed a fine scratch of about 4 cm near the centre of the glass on the surface, but after applying the protective film, it was completely unnoticeable. It’s in immaculate condition, without a single scratch, and runs smoothly. The battery is at 100 per cent, so it’s absolutely perfect. On a side note… when I tried to use Quick Start to transfer data from my old iPad to my new one, the Quick Start screen didn’t appear, which really panicked me. I tried various solutions, but nothing worked, and I was just about to give up when I noticed the letter ‘ℹ︎’ inside a circle in the bottom right-hand corner of the ‘Hello’ screen. When I tapped it, the word ‘Authenticate’ appeared at the top of the screen. Once I closed that, the Quick Start screen appeared, and I managed to transfer my data. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, I hope this proves helpful.
