Honestly was surprised because it looked brand new - so happy with my purchase at such a great price. It charges fast and it was so well packaged - very impressed with the whole process from purchase to delivery. Highly recommend!

Great product, exactly as specified. Packed really well to ensure no damage in transit. Fast delivery. I couldn’t be happier with Back Market (sense of humour too)

Very happy with purchase. Looks like new. Looking at purchasing an Apple watch from Black Market as excellent service and quality.

iPad arrived damaged, shipping box was in perfect condition, so was damaged before shipping. Have lodged a case and am receiving help from Backmarket for a refund. Shame it soured the idea of buying 2nd hand if the seller is willing to sell badly damaged items and pass them off as fair or good condition.
