iPad mini (2015) 4th gen 128 GB - Wi-Fi - Space Gray

I would like to buy from BackMarket again next time.

When the iPad mini4 purchased in April 2023 was used for a long time in June 2024, the LCD screen had lifted more than 5 mm due to battery expansion and was about to crack. I felt a little discomfort when I used it in April during the warranty period, but overlooked it because I had not experienced battery expansion on my iPad mini4 and numerous smartphones purchased second-hand from PC Depot in 2021. Assuming that the battery expansion had progressed from the time of purchase due to a shipping inspection omission, I requested a free repair from BackMarket, but they replied that they would not respond to my request as it was outside the warranty period. We strongly recommend frequent battery expansion checks within the warranty period when purchasing from BackMarket.

I ordered a 4th generation but received a 1st generation and the body was curved in the middle by about 3mm, even though it was a C grade, I couldn't imagine such a product from my previous experience with BackMarket.

The battery has deteriorated so badly that it can hardly hold a charge. I want to return the battery.
