iPad Air 13" (2025) 7th gen 256 GB - Wi-Fi - Purple

I bought this because I urgently needed to replace my tablet. Although it was a Grade B item with some scratches, there were only minor scuffs that you wouldn’t notice unless you looked very closely; once I’d applied a screen protector, it wasn’t a problem at all. It arrived the day after I placed my order, which was a great help.

I bought a C-grade product prioritizing the low price. There were no scratches on the body, but there was a small scratch near the center of the screen. However, the scratch was more like a piece of lint, only visible when light reflected off it from the side. It's completely invisible during use, so it's practically scratch-free. It was a good purchase.

It arrived quickly and was like new, being premium grade! It seems to work fine too. I am very happy with my purchase.

The item I first received had a scratch or crack on the screen (though it wasn’t visible at all at first glance). When I contacted them about it, they handled the matter smoothly and replaced it straight away. The replacement item was also dispatched promptly. The replacement item also had what looked like a scuff mark on the screen (which wouldn’t come off even when wiped), but once I applied a screen protector, it was no longer noticeable. As I’d expected a B-grade item to have a completely scratch-free screen, I was a little disappointed and gave it a rating of 3; however, it works perfectly with no issues whatsoever in terms of operation, performance or battery life.
