My iPad arrived promptly and have zero issues with the product. Very happy with this service and would have no hesitation recommending Back Market to friends and family.

　First, on the good points. 　The battery was in very good condition. I thought it would be in the 80-90% range because of the grade B, but when I checked it, it was in very good condition with a capacity of 96%. I was happy with the result because I bought it because I wanted to use it for a long time. 　Next, let's look at the disappointments. 　The screen was wiped with a wet-type sheet before shipping, but the blow marks stood out to an unsightly degree. This has nothing to do with the functionality of the product, but the recipient was not very happy with the appearance of the product. Buying by mail order means that you cannot see the actual product, so you have no choice but to trust the attitude of the seller. The situation with the screen this time was disappointing in that sense. 　Finally, the bad points. 　On the screen, irreparable scratches and scuffs could be seen over a length of more than 5 cm. They can be clearly seen, especially when the power is switched off and the screen is black. Given its size and condition, it is considered to be something that would likely be a grade C in the wrong hands. 　The larger battery capacity was more of a personal point for me, as I would like to use the iPad Air I purchased for a longer period of time, mainly as electronic sheet music. Therefore, I would like to continue using it as it is. 　In conclusion, the hardware was better than expected, except for scratches, etc. However, from the standpoint of buyers who cannot see the actual product, I would like you to give sufficient thought to the inspection of the screen situation in particular and the finishing touches of cleaning before shipping.

I would like to thank you for the very quick transaction, I was also worried about the choice of the C grade myself, but I remember having used an iPad 12.9" before and giving it away within a few months, so I felt like I wanted to try it again. Do you have strict in-house standards for the grade? At first I thought I had received the wrong one, and when I was using it, a colleague told me it was a scratch on the back, where I wouldn't have known until I was told.
