The price is higher, but the iPad Pro 13" is a bit lighter, so I think I should have given it more consideration. ◯The seller was World Communication LLC (Saitama) and the product name was "iPAD Air 13-inch (2025) 7th generation 256GB WiFi 5G", but the delivered product was "iPAD Air 13 128GB 4G" and all spectra were one rank lower. ◯On the same day of delivery, we checked the spectrum and immediately contacted Back Market to confirm that the product was different, and after confirming the facts from the next day, we received a response of 'possible link error'. The following day, after confirming the facts, the company responded that there was a "possible link error" and offered two options: (1) a full refund or (2) a refund (including compensation costs) of 10,000 yen upon receipt of the delivered product. The customer wanted to order the initial product, but the reply was "no stock" and the customer was in a hurry to purchase the product, so the aforementioned (2) was decided as the solution. However, even after the resolution, the sense of distrust could not be removed. 　　The objective fact of a "possible link error" cannot be confirmed by the customer. The "link error" is a major administrative issue in high-value transactions. 　　The customer was initially given only two choices and no option to exchange the product for the same one as ordered. The final response was "no stock", which left us in a state of disbelief. 　　The communication with Back Market took one day and one night, which is a waste of time if you are in a hurry. Re-acknowledgement: When goods are delivered, it is necessary to check the attached person and specifications on the same day. This is especially essential for high value transactions.

It was a C grade, but a very clean unit, no problems or complaints at all. It was a good purchase.

As the order was placed during GW, I thought it would take a while to arrive, but was surprised to receive it quickly. It is as clean as new.
