iPad 10.2" (2021) 9th gen 64 GB - Wi-Fi + 4G - Silver

This is the second device (iPhone and iPad) I have purchased from Back Market and both have been faultless. Great value for almost up-to-date models that have been refurbished to virtually as-new condition. Both were delivered in a few days from ordering. Excellent opportunity to upgrade a device without the exorbitant cost.

I received my order within two days which was awesome but when I received my iPad it was not set to factory settings so I was confused at first as to why I couldn’t transfer my data from my old iPad. The actual device works great and I’m really happy with it, apart from that one hiccup.

I was dubious at first but because of the one year warranty and condition description I was really impressed with the refurbished iPad which I was after. I never thought of refurbished equipment before but I was so glad this is another option. Whole experience was great, I will do this again and buy from Back Market.

Even with a refurbished model I would have expected a replacement battery. The battery discharges, on using, almost as quickly as my older iPad. That was the reason I decided to upgrade in the first place, hence I chanced a refurbished model. Apart from the battery the iPad is fine.

I didn't know what to expect; the quality of the iPad was superb! I was a little wary of refurbishment, but I would highly recommend it; the price of iPads is way too high, and a lot of people get ones that have far more features than they will ever use. Students and mums with young children should consider this store when they next need one for school or just for playing games.

There is absolutely no difference between this iPad and a brand new one. I am very happy with my purchase, including transparency of information provided. Setting it up was easy. Most of it was achieved by simply having my iPhone close by and it automatically transferred. Further information I needed to set up how I wanted was easy to access on line. I felt secure buying it and still do. I don’t expect to encounter any problems. I will buy from Backmarket again and recommend to my friends and family.
