Apple Watch Series 5 (2019) GPS + Cellular 40 mm - Titanium Silver - No band No band

I bought a product from a place called Loop Mobile. It was supposed to be a B grade, but when it arrived, there were numerous deep scratches on the top (the LCD and the top frame in the upper frame) that could be seen no matter how far away you were. I told them about it immediately, but the reply within 24 hours was not given until 48 hours later. I had to wait for 48 hours before I received a reply from Loop Mobile. I have been unable to do anything with it for more than three whole days since I got it... I'm thinking whether I should give up now because the time when I have to use it is near. It's hit or miss. Battery capacity is also delicate at 86%.

Were my expectations for rank A too high? Numerous small scratches visible from 50 cm away Batteries were 81%. I could have been convinced if I had bought it as rank B or c. If I had bought it as rank B orc, I could have been convinced.

The product I purchased was the Apple Watch Series 5 40 mm - GPS + Cellular model - Titanium EDITION case - no band, but I received the 44 mm size. There are no problems with the Apple Watch, so I will continue to buy it.
