Great laptop. Works fast and basically brand new. Don’t care for minor aesthetic damage so this was a fantastic purchase. Always go refurbished to save a few $$$

I got an excellent phone. It came with a Battery life of 100% which was really surprising. Cameras are beautiful. No scratches or anything wrong with the phone so far. I will say, if you have a physical sim and want to switch to an ESIM, be warned that it takes a while to transfer - up to 2 business days (at least with the provider I’m with) the phone is awesome and came fairly quick. I highly recommend Back market to buy your refurbished phones.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but the service warrants a review. It has been excellent throughout. I originally bought a different device, unfortunately it didn't work quite right so I returned it. The return process was simple and quick and I received a full refund. I then purchased this device and it is excellent. The quality and condition is fantastic. Very pleased with the purchase and the experience all round.

Received an iPhone 13 arrived quickly. Works well. I thought it wasn’t charging at first but turned out to be my plug. I am getting used to iOS have always been an android girl. I am not a fan but I guess like all changes I will get used to it!

Was a dream to buy from this company. You get a few options to choose from as to the quality, gb etc. Delivery was very quick even though I was told there would be a delay due to cyclone Alfred. My order was dispatched quickly, though there was a slight delay in the tracking status moving from “label created” to “in delivery.” I contacted Back Market’s customer service team, and they responded promptly. They followed up with the courier, my order arrived before Christmas. additionally, they even sent a follow up email to see if my order arrived on the expected date. I purchased the watch in Excellent condition and given the small price difference compared to the good condition option, I’m really glad I did. The watch looks flawless it's essentially brand new. The battery life has also been great, especially considering how much I use it with my phone, including the sleep tracker. this is my second time purchasing though BM, and I will happily continue to do so in the future.
