Great laptop. Works fast and basically brand new. Don’t care for minor aesthetic damage so this was a fantastic purchase. Always go refurbished to save a few $$$

I got an excellent phone. It came with a Battery life of 100% which was really surprising. Cameras are beautiful. No scratches or anything wrong with the phone so far. I will say, if you have a physical sim and want to switch to an ESIM, be warned that it takes a while to transfer - up to 2 business days (at least with the provider I’m with) the phone is awesome and came fairly quick. I highly recommend Back market to buy your refurbished phones.

I purchased the ‘fair condition’ version of the 2017 MacBook Pro last week and was so incredibly happy with the product I received! Despite the minor and hardly noticeable signs of use, the laptop looks, feels and operates like it’s practically new. Additionally, the quality of service and updates from the back market team was also very helpful and helped put my mind at ease. I find it very hard to source a reliable and efficient second hand technology store without feeling some sense of dread, but back market definitely rose to the challenge and surpassed my expectations.
