    The phone arrived in horrible condition. I wasn’t expecting a new phone just out of the store but not even dirty as I found it. Cleanliness and hygiene should be normal, the first thing to do with a phone would be to clean it and I think it's a basilar thing. Camera, microphone and all the edge completely dirty. It's all dry, almost of a sticky consistency. Really disappointed.
